How can a domestic assault victim get the "no contact order" lifted in TN? - domestic lifts
Since the victims of domestic violence, a topic that I would do the message "No Contact Order" for personal reasons, in particular with my son. Outside of our relationship with the defendant is a good father and I do not want to miss the first anniversary of our son. The first hearing date for December, but his lawyer has not tried to contact me, although I am willing to cooperate - is an attorney obviously incompetent. I mean on the no contact order lifted in TN? How can I do? This is the first act, if it helps, my BF.

You need to go to court to have changed. could take a week or 2 should not be a problem unless it was a violent crime.
ReplyDeleteSorry, but a "good" mother would not be a role model for your child it is okay to beat women, no matter how old your son. If this were the case, it will do so again, either you or another lost soul of a woman and her son in time to see.
ReplyDeleteAnd to think that your son as it is, you hit the lowest developed.
Stop the cycle now.
I would not. It was a good reason to get it first. Do not confuse a good father to an idiot who probably beat you again. You will see the abolition of against him as a sign of weakness on his part. If, before clicking, you will be expected to reverse. People like him, have a high relapse rate. You are probably also the narcissistic and can not be changed, even if they wanted.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
